Your email address
This page collects one thing: an email address, if you choose to leave one. Here is exactly what happens to it.
Who is responsible
Zleetz is the controller of the address you leave here. Write to privacy@zleetz.com about anything on this page.
What we store, and why
- Your email address, so we can tell you once when the app is available.
- The date and time you signed up, so we can show consent was given.
- A one-way scrambled form of your IP address and your browser's name, used only to stop automated abuse of the form. The address itself is not kept, and the scrambled value cannot be turned back into it.
The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. Nothing else is collected. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising identifiers on this site.
Where it is kept
In a single file on the Zleetz web hosting account at Hostinger, in a folder that is not reachable from the internet. It is not uploaded to any mailing platform, CRM, or analytics service, and it is never sold, rented, shared, or passed to anyone else.
How often we will write
Once, at launch. There is no newsletter and no marketing campaign behind this form. If plans ever change, we will ask you again before sending anything else.
How long we keep it
Until the launch email has been sent, or until 24 months from your sign-up, whichever comes first. After that the entry is deleted.
Removing your address
Email privacy@zleetz.com from the address you signed up with, or naming it, and it will be deleted. No reason is needed and there is nothing to confirm. You may also ask for a copy of what is stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or object to it being stored at all.
If you are in the EU or EEA and are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
